Chotu AI is online software that puts an AI sales agent on your own WhatsApp number. It replies to your customers in English and Hinglish, shows your products or services with prices, takes orders and books appointments, and gives you one dashboard for your catalog, orders, bookings, customers, installments and reports. It is a product of GOKL ETAIL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, built for businesses in India.

Any business that sells or takes bookings over WhatsApp — clothing, cosmetics, electronics and mobile shops, online stores, kirana, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, furniture and hardware shops, as well as clinics, salons, academies and other businesses that work on appointments or tokens.

Yes. You connect your own number by scanning a QR code, the same way as WhatsApp Web. There is no Meta application to fill in, and WhatsApp keeps working on your phone as usual. Your phone needs to come online regularly to keep the link active.

It answers only from what you give it: your catalog with prices and stock, your business details, opening hours, policies and FAQs. It does not make up prices or products. If it cannot answer, it lets you know, and you can take over any chat yourself at any time — the agent then stays quiet in that chat.

Only if you allow it. For each product you can set a lowest price. When a customer asks for a discount, the agent bargains politely step by step and never goes below the price you set. Products without a lowest price are sold at the listed price.

Yes — your customers can pay for their orders by UPI or bank transfer. Add your UPI ID, your UPI QR code and your bank account (account number and IFSC) in Settings → Account details: the agent sends them with the order, asks for the payment screenshot and reads it for you. Cash on delivery works too.

Plans are priced monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) and are listed in the Pricing section above. There are no per-message charges and no setup fee. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with all features on, and no card is needed.

Contact us to arrange your plan — there is no online payment yet (a payment gateway will come later). You pay by bank transfer, and your plan is switched on within 1 working day of the payment reaching us. Details are in our Service Delivery Policy.

Yes, you can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Plans do not renew automatically, so you are never charged without your action. Refunds are given for mistaken or double charges, if we could not switch your plan on, and in the other cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Yes. Everything is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored in hashed form, and only recent messages of each chat are kept. We never sell your data or use your customers' chats to train AI. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.

No provider can honestly promise zero risk, because WhatsApp applies its own rules. Chotu AI lowers the risk: it replies at a human pace with natural typing pauses, and spaces out messages between chats. We recommend using a business number that is already active.
